Using the service
Folioline is free to use for creating, storing and sending invoices. You may use it as a guest or with an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe.
Your content
You own the invoices you create and are responsible for their accuracy, including tax rates, totals and any legal information your country requires on an invoice.
Acceptable use
Do not use Folioline to send fraudulent, misleading or unsolicited invoices, to impersonate another business, or to attempt to access other people's data. Accounts that do so may be suspended or removed.
Fair-use limits
Invoice creation and email sending are rate limited to protect the service. Automated or bulk abuse of these endpoints is not permitted.
Availability
The service is provided as-is, without warranty. Keep your own copies (PDF or print) of invoices that matter to your records.
